Valentine's Day at Deep Run

Valentine's Day will be recognized at Deep Run Elementary on Friday, February 14th. Classroom teachers will send home the first names of each student in the class and students may exchange cards. This is an optional activity. Should your child choose to participate, he/she should bring a card for each student in the class. Our grade levels teams will participate in a cross-grade buddy activity.  February 14th is an early dismissal day so there will be no special Valentine's Day food or treats served to students that day.  Students will have a regular lunch in the cafeteria.  Please do not send any party food or goodie bags as we will be unable to give them to students. Snack or candy Valentine cards are okay.
