FAMILY FILES NEEDED

PLEASE Update Your Child’s HCPSS Family FIle! 

Deep Run Families, it is now time to UPDATE or CONFIRM your information in Family File! We currently have 34% of our Family Files completed. The FAMILY FILE (click for link) is now available for the 2024-25 school year. It is completed through HCPSS Connect. This important task must be completed every year to ensure HCPSS has the most current information for every child. 

Please note that your children’s class assignments will be announced via HCPSS Connect on Wednesday, 8/21, at 8am. Another great reason to make sure your account is set up! Here are some helpful Family File Resources…

Updating your information, including EMAIL addresses and phone contact information, and pushing the SUBMIT button on the final page after your signature will ensure that you receive important news from Deep Run Elementary School and teachers know how to contact you. You have completed all required parts of the Family File if there are GREEN CHECK MARKS next to each item on the left-hand column of your screen.
