Good afternoon Deep Run Families,

First Quarter report cards will be available to be accessed beginning Wednesday, November 8 after 4:00pm through your Family File via Synergy. 

Additionally, the scheduling window for our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will open this upcoming Monday, November 6.   HCPSS has designated November 20-22 as conference days. Based on individual teacher availability, evening conferences may also be offered on Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 21.  Both 11/20 and 11/21 will be 3-hour early dismissal days. Conference slots will be scheduled in 20-minute increments. 

• ELA will be the conference emphasis for grades Kindergarten thru grade 5. Please schedule a conference with your child’s ELA (Reading and Writing teacher).  Math will be the focus during the Winter Conferences in February.
• The fall conferences have been designated for an ELA focus; however GT math will be offering conferences for families who have concerns and would like to meet to discuss their child's progress in math. Conference slots will be limited and prioritized. Families will be receiving communication from their child's GT math teacher with further instructions. 
• RECC conferences will provide a general, all encompassing, overview focus.  Please schedule a conference with your child’s homeroom teacher.
• If you wish to conference with any of our Related Arts teachers (art, media, music, technology, or physical education), please email them directly.  They will be happy to meet with you.

Teachers who provide two extended evenings of conference slots on Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 21 will not have slots available on Wednesday, November 22.

HCPSS has established that in-person conferences will be offered on Monday, November 20 and virtual options (Google Meets) will be provided for November 21 and 22.

1. Select Conference from the menu located on the left side of the page. 
2. Select Parent Scheduled Conferences at the top right of the page. 
3. Select a time slot for your conference.
