Basic School Supplies for Students--Distribution May 27th from 11:30-1:30

School supplies will be distributed at Deep Run on Wednesday, May 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in front of the school. A student or family member may pick up supplies for their family. One or two packs will be provided to each family depending on the number of students.  These are basic supplies for students who did not get them on May 8th or have run out of supplies at home.

Student/Family Item Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Plans are being made for students and their families to drop off important items from home to school, as well as for the pick-up of very important items that were left at school.  Please note that there were many non-essential items left at school, and these will be given to students when schools re-open.

The date for picking-up and dropping off important items will be shared as soon as it is available.

Last Day of School

All four inclement weather make up days identified on the school calendar have been used, plus two additional days. HCPSS will apply for a waiver of five days with the Maryland State Department of Education. If the waiver is granted, which we fully anticipate it will be, the last day of school for students will be Tuesday, June 23, 2020. We will update families and provide last day scheduling information as soon as the final decision is announced.
