A Note From the Health Room:  Allergies

Spring Allergies have started!  Does your child suffer from spring allergies?  The following are some things you can do to help your child during the allergy season:

    1.    Regularly administer allergy medicine as prescribed by your doctor
    2.    When your child comes in from outdoors: -Wash hands with soap and water -Wash off face (including glasses) with water and cloth -Wipe down body from head to toe with wet wash cloth -Change clothing if staying indoor
    3.     Try not to allow your child to go into the bedroom with the clothing worn outside; this will prevent the pollen from falling onto the bed.

Students will play outside for recess and most days for PE.  Students will only be permitted to stay indoors with a doctor’s note.  Please call the health room if you have any questions
