Thursday, February 10th and Friday, February 11th are designated for Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences following early dismissal for students. We will be holding 20-minute conferences, with a focus on math. All conferences will be held virtually with your child’s math teacher. A google link code for your conference will be sent to you with your confirmation email.
Beginning Friday, January 28th at 8:00am, and continuing to Friday, February 4th at 4:00pm, you can log on to HCPSS Connect at www.hcpss.org/connect to access Synergy Conference Management. You can then choose your desired 20-minute conference time from the math teacher’s availability. Click here for directions to schedule your conference. Tips for Scheduling Conferences:
- Parent Teacher Conferences will be scheduled in 20-minute increments. All conferences will need to begin and end on time.
- You will use your (parent) HCPSS Connect/Family File account to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences.
- If you are not available to attend a virtual conference during the parent/teacher conference window, please reach out to your child’s teacher.
