Emergency Card Procedures on Family File

HCPSS utilizes Family File for parents/guardians to complete emergency information. Regardless of virtual or in-person learning, parents/guardians must verify and/or update information for each child. Parents/guardians can complete Family File by logging in to HCPSS Connect, selecting the More Options tab on the left, and then selecting Family File in the center column. Family File guides are available online.

Chromebook and Learning Materials Distribution

Chromebooks, student supplies and materials from the 19-20 school year, and REQUIRED learning materials for the upcoming year were distributed to our Deep Run families on September 3rd. Schedules for Virtual Learning

The 2020-2021 virtual instruction model provides students with, on average, 3 hours of synchronous learning with their teachers four days each week. The remaining instructional time is designated for students to complete asynchronous learning activities and assignments. Students who will attend an HCPSS school for the 2020-2021 school year and who borrowed an HCPSS Chromebook in the spring or summer may continue to use the device for the 2020-2021 school year.
