DRES PTA Officer Nominations (English and Spanish)

DRES PTA Officer Nominations We need you! With parents moving on to middle school and positions opening up, DRES PTA needs to fill 2 key positions for next year: Vice President & Secretary. Each position is a 2-year term. Vice President. Key responsibilities:

• act as aide to the president;
• perform the duties of the president in their absence
• support committee chairs and the president as needed

Secretary. Key responsibilities:

• record the minutes of all meetings;
• be prepared to read the minutes of the previous meeting;
• help manage social media and email inbox

We need you! We can't operate as a PTA without these key roles filled. Please email dresptainfo@gmail.com by May 6th with questions or interests. We will vote on the positions at the May 17th PTA meeting. ****** Nominaciones de oficiales de la PTA de DRES ¡Te necesitamos! Con los padres pasando a la escuela intermedia y los puestos vacantes, DRES PTA necesita llenar 2 puestos clave para el próximo año: Vicepresidente y Secretario Cada puesto es un término de 2 años. Vicepresidente responsabilidades:

• actuar como ayudante del presidente;
• desempeñar las funciones del presidente en su ausencia
• apoyar a los presidentes de los comités y al presidente según sea necesario

Secretario responsabilidades:

• registrar las actas de todas las reuniones;
• estar preparado para leer el acta de la reunión anterior;
• ayudar a administrar las redes sociales y la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico
