Deep Run Elementary School is in search of dedicated individuals who want to join our team of champions for children!     We are currently hiring for a Daily Building Substitute and a Paraeducator Substitute.   The days and hours for both positions are 8:40-4:15, Monday through Friday, whenever students are in school.
  Daily Building Substitute Job Description and Rate of Pay:

• The daily building substitute is a substitute teacher who reports every day and covers an unfilled substitute job.  
• If there are no unfilled substitute jobs on a particular day, then the daily building substitute will fulfill other roles that support the school and our students.

  • Retired Sub Teacher $169.00/day
  • Degreed Sub Teacher $169.00/day
  • Non-degreed Sub Teacher $157.00/day (must have at least 60 approved college credits)

Paraeducator Substitute Job Description and Rate of Pay:

• The paraeducator substitute reports every day and supports students receiving special education services.  You would be provided with training and support from our team of special education teachers.
