Interim Progress Reports Go Home on October 8th
Interim progress reports will go home on Tuesday, October 8th. New this school year, interim progress reports will be issued only to students in elementary school. In both progress reports and report cards, the Pre-K-5 Learning Behaviors section is modified to better support parents and teachers in identifying areas of focus.

Department of Special Education: Parent Empowerment Seminar
The Department of Special Education (DSE) is offering it's first annual Parent Empowerment Seminar. The event will be held on Saturday, October 12 and is focused on partnering with parents and assisting them with increasing their knowledge about the IEP process. Registration is still open! The Flu Shot is Coming to Deep Run on October 30th--Register Now
The flu shot will be offered during school hours again this year through a collaborative effort with Maryland Partnership for Prevention. The flu vaccine clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019. Vaccine consent forms will be sent home on or around Wednesday, September 18th.
