Beginning the week of August 2, families with students new to HCPSS and whose registration has been finalized will receive an email from noreply@hcpss.org with the subject “Technology account information for new HCPSS student.”

Learn how your child can receive required medication at school.

Any student who borrowed a Chromebook last year will continue to use that device during the 2021-2022 school year. Every student new to HCPSS will receive a chromebook; parents/guardians do not need to do anything to request this device. Details for new device distribution will be communicated as soon as they are available.

As a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, you will build confidence and inner strength in young girls who need you.

The supply list is on the Deep Run website. Free supplies will be given to students at the Open House on August 27th.

Registration is open for K-5. Children must be 5 years old by September 1, 2021 to register for Kindergarten.

Students who were fully virtual during their kindergarten year are invited to come to Deep Run on August 25th at 4:30 for a brief tour of the building.
